We are a friendly, fast‐paced employment and consumer law firm in downtown San Diego. Our practice focuses on plaintiff’s side employment law – meaning we represent employees who have been sexually harassed, discriminated against, retaliated against, paid unfairly, or wrongfully terminated. You will be able to help them firsthand.
We are seeking an experienced superstar full-time paralegal. We are looking for someone who is motivated, bright, energetic, tech savvy, and detail oriented with excellent writing, verbal, people, and organization skills. The ideal candidate will have 5 years+ paralegal or legal secretary experience, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, formatting, proof-reading, cite-checking, and filing in state and federal courts, class action or employment litigation experience with trial experience a plus, and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting shell complaints, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
- Cite-checking, proof-reading, and filing pleadings
- Client communications
- Organization, indexing, and summarizing documents
- Summarizing deposition transcripts
- Creation of document, hearing, and trial binders
Requirements:
- College degree
- Minimum 5 years paralegal experience
- Organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in work product.
- Good writing, proof-reading, and cite-checking skills
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and an infectious can-do attitude
- Fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines (24-hour deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)

Salary Range
- $80,000-$87,500
