We are a friendly, fast‐paced employment and consumer law firm in downtown San Diego. Our practice focuses on plaintiff’s side employment law – meaning we represent employees who have been sexually harassed, discriminated against, retaliated against, paid unfairly, or wrongfully terminated. You will be able to help them firsthand.
We are seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to talk with our potential clients to see if Haeggquist & Eck can help provide legal service, as well as other light administrative duties.

Requirements:
- College degree
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Compassionate, good listener, good with people
- Organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in work product
- Clear and concise writer
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and an infectious can-do attitude
- Able to embrace challenges and handle feedback calmly
- Puts client service above all else
- Takes a team-centric approach to work and life
- Healthy sense of passion and desire to change the world for the better
Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and guests when they arrive at the office
- Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and website inquiries from potential clients
- Maintain potential client database using firm software systems
- Prepare, gather and organize potential clients’ documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and voicemails
- Attend client intake meetings and take notes

Salary Range
- $52,000-$57,000
