Philippa earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and will graduate with her J.D. from USD in May 2026. She was inspired to pursue a legal career out of a deep passion for creating more avenues to justice, advancing gender equity, and uplifting her community through the law.

Drawn to Haeggquist & Eck’s women-owned leadership and trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach, Philippa is proud to contribute to the firm’s mission of standing up against injustices. She chose to pursue plaintiffs’ work because she believes in helping individuals access the legal system and feel empowered to use their voices. Outside of her legal work, Philippa enjoys spending time with her fiancé and cat, horseback riding, reading for fun, and going to the beach.
