Stephanie Chateauneuf

Senior Paralegal

BIO

Stephanie Chateauneuf joined HAeggquist & Eck in November 2025 as a Senior Paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Her background is primarily in class action litigation, with additional experience in entertainment law involving breach of contract, stalking, and harassment cases in both federal and state courts across the country.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, San Diego. Her passion for problem-solving, getting the job done, and helping others is what inspired her to become a paralegal. She is ecstatic to be part of the HAE team because of its positive environment and strong dedication to advocating for those who have been wronged. She is also excited to continue expanding her legal knowledge by learning the ins and outs of employment law.

During her time in class action litigation, Stephanie was selected to represent her firm as a custodian of records and testify before a Grand Jury. Leading a team through a comprehensive document review and serving as the firm’s representative was both challenging and rewarding, an experience she remains proud of.

Stephanie also volunteered with the California Innocence Project, where she reviewed case files and prepared memos for attorneys deciding whether to pursue investigations into potential wrongful convictions.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their pets. She loves heading to the lake in the summer, skiing in the winter, and attending her sons’ many sports events, including lacrosse, basketball, soccer, and flag football.
