We are a friendly, fast‐paced employment and consumer rights law firm in downtown San Diego. We represent employees who have been sexually harassed, discriminated against, retaliated against, paid unfairly, or wrongfully terminated. You will be able to help them firsthand.
We are seeking an experienced superstar full-time attorney. We are looking for someone who is motivated, bright, energetic, and detail-oriented with excellent writing, verbal, people, and organization skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 years+ employment law experience, can work independently, supervise support staff, and has experience handling cases from start to finish. This position is for someone who is passionate about helping people, constantly improving, and wants to work with some of the best attorneys in town. Unlimited opportunity to grow within the firm.

Requirements
- Superb writing, analytical, research, and advocacy skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years litigation experience, including drafting complaints, discovery and motions and taking depositions. Employment experience a plus.
- Organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in work product.
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and a warm, can-do personality.
- Able to embrace challenges and handle feedback calmly and effectively, even in high-stress situations.
- Take a team-centric approach to work and life.
- Healthy sense of passion and desire to change the world for the better.
